Roles and Responsibilities

  • As a Digital Specialist, you'll be part of Digital Team, lead the planning and implementation with our development teams and client to initiate effective digital plans that translate business goals into successful marketing campaigns.
  • Adept at evaluating the needs of the consumer market, and will understand how and where to acquire knowledge about consumer trends and demands to ensure revenue generation through Digital.
  • Develop digital plan with consumer and data first approach, always looking for more meaningful ways to engage with our consumers through organic, paid and other digital channels.
  • Execute the Digital Marketing activities for the company based on goals and budgets, to increase online traffic, conversions and other expected results like overtaking competitors Digital Marketing strategies
  • Ensure Optimum performance of each platform and smooth functioning of each Digital Marketing Tool, Campaigns are running smoothly and all backend integrations are in place
  • Partner with content and design teams to optimize content development process in line with digital marketing speed to market requirements.
  • Experience in executing the campaigns from Scratch & should be an executor with thought leadership
  • Invoices - To ensure all vendor invoices are vetted, duly signed and submitted to the finance teams in time and to also follow up for clearance of all Vendor payments.
  • Reporting - To submit weekly reports to internal management and monthly reports to client on the performance of all digital marketing activities carried out and evaluate conversion percentages for better marketing decisions
  • Team Management – Interviewing and training to team, and building motivational work culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-10 years in marketing function with the last 5 years handling digital marketing of a progressive B2C organization at a senior level.
  • Should be well versed in all promotional activities like SEO, Digital Display Ads, Emailer Campaigns, Digital PR, Online Reputation Management (Review Management) & 3rd party Tie Ups, Cross Promotional Activities, Influencer Campaigns, Content marketing and many more.
  • Possess good level of digital marketing expertise in organic and paid promotion and responsible for the implementation of key digital activities
  • Should be solid & have strong knowledge with Google Analytics, Search Engine Console, SEM tools, Keyword Planners, Web Analytics, Core Web Vitals and other Digital Marketing Tools.
  • Manage budgets and campaigns effectively across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key KPIs via paid and organic digital channels
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics for digital
  • Proven leadership and team management ability to influence and negotiate with external and internal partners. Comfortable with ambiguity, but able to make winning strategies and executable plans
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience executing omni-channel marketing campaigns across multiple brands and audiences
  • Agile in driving changes, and questioning the status quo
  • Strong ability to build relationships, foster trust, and develop shared understanding
