System Study
The most important aspect of Software development is translating business objectives of the client into comprehensive and detailed requirements. Vague or incomplete information lead the project to irreparable failure where the product doesn’t meet the desired requirements of the end user. At Sterco Digitex we leave no stone unturned to gather the right and appropriate information from the client to form the blueprint which ensures the success of the project as a whole.
System Requirement Specification
On the basis of the design inputs from the client and the consolidated requirement gathered during the system study, the system specification report is prepared which establish the basis for the agreement between the customer and Sterco Digitex on what the software is to do. The System Specification Report generally includes the flow of the structure, input screens, with explanation of fields, list of validations associated with each screen and other details to give the user a complete description of the functions to be performed by the software.
Benefits of a well made SRS:
- Reduces the development Efforts
- Provides a basis for estimating costs and schedules
- Provides a baseline for validation and verification
- Facilitates transfer
- Serves as a basis for enhancement
System Design
Once the System Requirement Specification document has been approved by the client a proposed system is developed which comprises of High Level and Low Level Designs. This provides a complete framework of all Inputs and Outputs and some crucial brickworks like class design, use cases, sequence diagrams etc. We always make sure that our software design should be good enough to minimize the time required to create, modify, and maintain the software while achieving acceptable run-time performance.
Database Design
The term database design can be used to describe many different parts of the design of an overall database system. Principally, and most correctly, it can be thought of as the logical design of the base data structures used to store the data in the relation model these are the tables and views.
At Sterco Digitex, we design and develop a detailed database based on the Input and Output framework of the System Design. It generally contains tables, procedures, triggers, functions, and database relations.
System Development
Based on the design methodology, our developers give concrete and significant shape to the client requirements. Coding standards and guidelines are complied to ensure error free development. A unified interface is ensured among the designers, programmers, quality engineers and the client to keep all of them at the same level.
The changes to the system are discussed and approved from both the sides and are incorporated as per the accord. The Project Leader tests all the programs developed\ Customized individually by the programmers.
System Testing & Training
The systems are tested as a whole before being delivered. Our highly qualified and experienced QA team ensures that every product delivered to the client is free from any error. Integration features are also tested as a part of this routine.
Training is exhaustive to ensure that selected users are fully trained to take over the system themselves. |
